Policies and Returns


I ship all US orders with USPS after I have received payment and will always provide you with a tracking number. 

For international orders I ship with USPS First Class and follow all rules and regulations of the US Post Office. In my experience, shipping to most countries outside the U.S. takes approximately 10 to 15 days, occasionally a few days longer. International customs offices reserve the right to hold any item for one to several days which may result in a package taking longer than expected to arrive. I am not responsible for any customs fees or import taxes charged by your country.

After your package has been shipped, I no longer have the ability to expedite shipping and am not responsible for packages taking longer than usual to arrive.

I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages.


I accept returns or exchanges for purchased items within 7 days of the date of delivery. Please email me within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for a return or exchange. Item must be returned in the same condition as it was received, new and unused. Shipping charges to and from customer are non-refundable and are the full responsibility of the customer. Your refund will be issued when returned items are received. 

If you find that there is a defect in craftsmanship, please contact me and we can discuss how to address it, be it a repair, refund or exchange.

Custom orders, including custom branded orders, are not refundable, however if there is an issue, please contact me and we can work out any concerns you might have.
